Premium Ephemeral Architecture: Reflecting Solidity and Quality for the Real Estate Market

At RCK Stands, we are specialists in the design and construction of stands for the real estate sector at leading trade fairs such as SIMA (Madrid Real Estate Exhibition). We proudly present the project carried out for our prestigious client, Vivantia Homes, for the 2025 edition of SIMA at IFEMA. With a strategic 18m² space, we brought to life an environment that projects the solidity and quality of Vivantia's developments.

Our proposal for Vivantia Homes at SIMA 2025 focused on two main objectives: space maximization (18m²) and the projection of a premium and unmistakable brand image.

The booth design is built around a solid structure of wooden porticoes in the corporate blue color, which frames the entire space, creating an imposing presence in the pavilion. The walls are clad with elegant light wood slats, combining warmth with architectural texture. The light-toned flooring brings cleanliness and stability. Every detail, from the hardware to the finishes, was selected to evoke the construction quality of Vivantia Homes' residential projects.

The Vivantia Homes brand stands out in multiple locations with high-quality illuminated signs:

• Welcome Desk: A custom-designed desk with a white marble finish, featuring the illuminated Vivantia logo on glass.
• The Vivantia logo, in its full version, presides over the main entrance on a raised sign with backlighting, visible from afar.
• Visual Identity: The «Vivantia HOMES» brand and the «Vivantia» slogan are integrated across all key points.

To capture the attention of investors and future homeowners at SIMA 2025, we implemented technology and experience design solutions:

• Large-Format LED Screen: Integrated into the main slatted wood wall, a high-resolution LED screen displays immersive videos of Vivantia's projects, including photorealistic interior renderings and panoramic views of the locations.
• Comfortable Meeting Zone: A modern and comfortable seating area allows Vivantia's advisors to make presentations in a private and professional manner.

• Totems of light: Two double-sided totems display high-quality graphics of Vivantia's projects, including photorealistic renderings of the interiors and panoramic views of the locations.
• Integrated Vegetation: A planter with a white marble finish and a selection of lush tropical plants adds freshness and a natural feel to the space, aligning with Vivantia's modern living concept.
• Professional lighting: A lighting system with suspended and recessed LED spotlights creates a cozy atmosphere and highlights the design details.
