With a 24m² space, the challenge was to project the essence of Caribbean luxury and the solidity of a major real estate investment in the heart of Madrid. The result: a functional, elegant, and visually striking stand that caught everyone's eye.

To convey a sense of home and exclusivity, we use wooden structures with natural finishes. The use of this material not only brings robustness to the design, but also creates a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere, differentiating the brand in a highly competitive trade fair environment.

At RCK Stands we know that first impressions count. We integrated a lush and detailed vertical garden that served as the focal point of the stand. This element brings freshness, connects with the natural environment of Playa Nueva Romana, and reinforces the brand's commitment to wellness and design.

Visibility is key at SIMA. We implemented strategically placed LED lighting details on the counter and structures to highlight textures and guide the visitor's attention. In addition, the stand featured a large integrated screen for projecting multimedia content, allowing clients to visualize their future home with total clarity.
